We offer HMO, PPO and High-Deductible PPO options to all Full-Time employees and their eligible dependents, with Oxford Bank contributing a portion of the premium.Eligibility is the first of the month after completion of two full months of employment.
Group Life Insurance including Accidental Death & Dismemberment is provided for all Full-Time employees.This insurance is effective the first of the month following 60 days of employment.The premium is paid in full by Oxford Bank.
Group Voluntary Life Insurance is also available to all Full-Time employees and their eligible dependents at employee’s own expense.

Full-Time employees are given paid vacation days, sick days and personal days, as well as ten company observed holidays.
Part-time employees hired to consistently work 20 hours or more per week are given paid vacation days, sick days and a personal day.
