  • Oxford Employees Create “Bags of Smiles” for Pediatric Patients

    rm3-group
Each year employees of Oxford Bank enjoy a special day, an annual reorientation called “Raving Maniac Monthly Madness” or RM3.  Why should orientation be just for new employees?  At RM3, all employees enjoy breakfast, celebrate the bank’s Core Values and “re-charge their batteries” for another great year at the bank.  The employees also use this time to give back to the community.  This year everyone decorated “bags of smiles” for pediatric patients at Lurie Children’s at Northwestern Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield.  Oxford’s “Raving Maniac Employees” each decorated a canvass bag that was later stuffed with arts & crafts activities and other fun treasures to help brighten the children’s days during their hospital stay.

Accompanied by blues music to also recognize Chicago's Bluefest held the same weekend, we got into the dual spirit at all six branch offices, including Plainfield.
